At Amber Marie & Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside the box, then use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send it back to us.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
