• Use and care: Dishwasher (avoid high heat), Freezer, Microwave, and Oven Safe. Our stoneware is oven safe up to 500 degrees. Recommend hand washing including real gold and platinum; please note they are not microwave safe. Avoid cleaners that may contain citrus. For pieces that contain a non-ceramic component, such as the Soap Pumps or Tiered Server, recommend hand-wash only. Metal markings on ceramics—While not common, metal trail markings do periodically occur on the stoneware surface over time dependent on your flatware. This is not due to a manufacturing defect in our ceramics. These marks are not scratches, but steel residue on top of the glaze left by stainless steel flatware. Using a combination of citrus cleansers and high heat in your dishwasher can lead to more prominent metal markings.
